How do I rent a Red Kettle property?

First up, just shoot us an email or give us a call to see if your dream property is available. You can also peek at the Airbnb links to check out availability! If you’re eyeing our Lake Hudson cabin, you can snag it through the Airbnb site with the link we’ve got, or feel free to get in touch for a direct booking to save some money. Just a heads up: Airbnb prices are usually about 16% higher because of those pesky taxes and service fees.

Thinking about sticking around longer at Serenity Cottage or West Edge? You've got options! You can either go the Airbnb route or chat with us for a direct booking. If you want to skip Airbnb for these long-term stays, we’ll need a quick $35 background check for approval, plus you’ll sign a long-term lease agreement along with a security deposit for your spot.

Are rental steps different for vacation vs. long-term stays?

Absolutely, there are a few things to keep in mind. The Lake Hudson cabin is super chill—no background checks needed, and you can rent it for just a weekend or for a longer getaway.  Plus, if you're thinking about off-season vibes (October to April), it’s available for long-term stays too! Just contact us for more details on that.  On the flip side, Serenity Cottage and West Edge are our long-term spots, and those do need a background check if you’re not booking through Airbnb. For these, you'll sign a long-term lease and take care of the usual down payments and security deposits, depending on which place you go for.
